Algebra Bernays University is part of Croatia’s largest private educational organization, active in 20+ cities. Our mission is to open doors for Croatian and international students, equipping them with skills for globally competitive careers in digital technologies and helping shape Croatia’s digital future.
Founded in 1998, Algebra employs 230+ staff and collaborates with 600+ external partners. Each year we educate around 15,000 participants through seminars and adult programs and enroll 650+ new full-time higher-education students. The central campus is in Zagreb, with adult education delivered in Osijek, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Split, Šibenik, Varaždin and other cities.
We offer nearly 1,000 short programs (up to two weeks), around 50 accredited longer adult programs, and 14 accredited higher-education study programs with several specializations. Many programs are endorsed or aligned with leading global vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, Adobe, Autodesk, EC-Council, IMC2), with Algebra serving as their exclusive Croatian partner in most cases. All qualification programs and higher-education studies are accredited by the Ministry of Science and Education and recognized via EQF/CROQF. Our University Institute “Algebra LAB” and research groups advance science and applied research.

Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU) is the major academic institution in Poznań and one of the top universities in Poland. Founded in 1919, comprises 21 faculties and 4 out-of-town campuses (in Słubice, Kalisz, Gniezno, and Piła).

Dataninja is an ed-tech company focused on media, AI, and data literacy programs. Through a diverse range of projects, Dataninja provides training, communication, and consulting services to companies, universities, and communities.
With the Open The Box project, Dataninja reaches out to schools and educational organizations all over Italy and provides both resources and online and in-person courses for teachers and educators.

The Media & Learning Association (MLA) or to give it its full name the MEDEA: MEDIA & LEARNING ivzw is an international, not-for-profit association set up in 2012 under Belgian law to promote and stimulate the use of media as a way to enhance innovation and creativity in teaching and learning across all levels of education in Europe. Members include national and regional agencies charged with the promotion of innovation in teaching and learning as well as universities, ministries of education and schools’ networks.

We aim to establish the best practices for delivering unbiased and reliable information as the standard in the field of politics, journalism and science. Our efforts are dedicated to educating citizens – we aspire to build a robust civil society that verifies information, consults primary and unprocessed sources, and, as a result, shapes opinions consciously.
In all our activities, we uphold the principles of transparency, impartiality, and credibility. We are signatories to the 2022 European Code of Practice on Disinformation and the Polish Code of Good Practices in Combating Disinformation. Description Universidade Lusófona is the largest private University in Portugal. The University is organised into several independent units. The research activities of this project will be carried out under the support of one of these research units: CICANT – The Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies, which promotes theoretical and applied research at the intersection of media, society, literacies, arts, culture, and technologies. CICANT is geared towards innovative and interdisciplinary research in its three main subject areas:
MeCiLiD – Media, Citizenship. Literacies and Democracy,
MACIT – Media Arts, Culture, Creative Industries and Media Technologies
ReMed Resource Media – Media and transformations for a sustainable future
Created in 2004, CICANT has been, in the past 15 years, the leader of over 30 national and international projects supported by the Erasmus+, FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, CERV, AMIF and ISF Programmes at the European level, as well as at the national level, by bodies such as the National Scientific Foundation (FCT) and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. CICANT has various labs, including the MeLCi Lab, which focuses on Media Literacy and Civic Cultures. The primary mission of MeLCi Lab is to aggregate researchers and the research conducted at CICANT in media education and civic cultures, in connection with everyday life in today's intensely mediated and digitised society.
